CTA Builders was recently awarded an ID/IQ contract for on-going facilities construction and repair for Army Healthcare Facilities within the Southern Regional Medical Command.
Description: ID/IQ for the Department of Defense (DoD) Army Healthcare Facilities within the Southern Regional Medical Command (US Army MEDCOM South MATOC) for Healthcare Facility Construction and Repair. ID/IQ for 3 years with a total contract capacity of $49,000,000.00. Contract is administered by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District Office.
Indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts are used when government agencies cannot precisely identify the quantity of supplies and/or services required during the contract timeframe. IDIQs aid in streamlining the delivery of services and supplies by maintaining relationships with specified contractors.
CTA Builders was honored to participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the “Center of Excellence” at the VA Medical Center in Salisbury, NC. CTA President, David Sinicrope (at left in the picture) participated in the ceremony. The ribbon cutting was for the 2nd phase of a 4 part project. The final part of the Center of Excellence should be complete by 2016.
